Shipping Rates:
Now a days, Most Company’s include shipping rates with their Product and advertising “Free Shipping” when really is not free. You are paying for the shipping with the product being sold at a higher price. Here at Pleasant Valley Orchards, we are dedicated to finding you the most affordable way to deliver our artisan products to your doorstep. Therefore, we use an Advance Shipping tool to calculate the shipping cost for you. With this method, the software takes into account the products size and weight, then it determines what flat rate box to use. Let’s be honest here, we don’t always trust those calculations. Pleasant Valley Orchard’s will always try to ship as much as we can in as little material as we can, all with it being well protected from elements beyond our control. This method helps cut down on cost to our consumers. With that being said, sometimes the calculations OVER CHARGES on shipping. Rest assured, that we will carefully review your shipping cost, and once your package is ready to ship out, we will review what you were charged for shipping and if there is over a $5.00 difference in shipping cost, we will REFUND you the Difference!
Maple Syrup:
We truly understand the excitement and anticipation that comes when you place an order for something special and want it shipped to you right away! Rest assured, we are just as eager to get your shipment of Maple goodness into your hands as quickly as we can. You can expect your order to be shipped out within 1-2 business days, and we always put forth our best efforts to ensure that your package is sent to the shipping carrier as swiftly as possible. In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your package within that timeframe, we will reach out to contact you promptly. During the Holiday season, we work extremely hard to ship all packages as fast as possible to ensure that your order arrives with plenty of time to spare. However, we highly recommend placing your order earlier to maximize your chances of receiving your maple goodies before it is too late.
Maple Candy and Maple Cream:
We make our maple candy and cream in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and quality for our valued customers. However, we generally like to schedule our candy and cream production specifically on Mondays as a way to prepare efficiently for the orders that have been previously placed by our loyal patrons. Your order may be held for approximately 3-4 days to allow us enough time to carefully process and package the candy and cream. Rest assured, especially during the bustling Holiday rush, we are constantly working diligently to ensure that your delicious goods reach you in a timely manner, well before it is too late.
The same is true of maple candy and maple cream. However, because we make these items in small batches, we like to make candy on Monday and ship throughout the week to ensure freshness. Depending on the number of orders, your candy order could be held for as long as 3-4 days giving us time to process the candy. This case would be if you placed an order late Thursday or Friday. This is not highly likely, except for around the holiday season. If it is going to be longer than 3 days, we will contact you.
Combine Packages of Maple products :
We put in a great amount of effort to ship your products within 1 to 2 business days. However, if you get a combination of Maple Syrup and lets say maple cream, your order MAY be slightly delayed to be able to ship everything together.
Favors for your special event!
If you have purchased maple syrup for your upcoming event, we kindly ask that you leave us a note with the details of your event. Our team typically ships orders within 1 to 2 business days, ensuring you receive your products in a timely manner. Additionally, if you are interested in including Maple Candy as part of your favors, please let us know the specific date of your event. We will ensure that your candy is shipped approximately two weeks prior to your event to maintain its freshness and delicious quality.
Guarantee of Delivery:
Although most of our products typically ship within 1-2 business days. We want to emphasize that we cannot control the various unknown factors that may arise once packages leave our packaging facility. As we work closely with both UPS and USPS to provide the best shipping options for our customers. we do not offer a 100% guarantee on the exact delivery date, Ultimately, the responsibility for the delivery date rests with the shipping company.
If you are planning on picking your order up in person be sure to select the correct option to opt out of shipping prices.
Return & Refund Policy
Although our sincere hope is for you to always be completely satisfied with your experience at Pleasant Valley Orchards, we understand that sometimes mistakes can happen. We genuinely want to ensure that we address any issues and make things right for you. If you find yourself not fully satisfied with the quality of our products, please do not hesitate to reach out to us by phone or email. OH NO! My Shipment was damaged!
Please take pictures prior to disassembling the package of all the damage and email us the photos so we can work on getting a refund and get you a replacement.
We must be notified within 2 days of your package arriving of any damage or concerns in order for you to be eligible for a refund.
We are not able to take returns of Maple Product once it has been opened and used.
We must receive photos of damage PRIOR to the package being fulling disassembled.
If wanting to return Apparel we can accept shirts, sweatshirts or hats, unworn with a return shipping fee.
